Two sound performances this term confirm THE TIN MAN remains a sprinter of some stature and although he'd prefer a drop or two of the forecast wet stuff, he still sets the standard back into Group 3 level. He's 5lb clear on official ratings with Donjuan Triumphant next best. The Balding charge is a useful performer at and above this level too but he's another for whom softer ground would be advantageous. He rates the main danger. Many expected Khaadem to do better in the Commonwealth Cup on his first venture into Group 1 company but he didn't seem comfortable at any stage. Nevertheless he is progressive and could bounce back and contend along with the improving Snazzy Jazzy. Keystroke is rather enigmatic and German raider, Waldpfad, is hard to assess.
