Verdict

Nobby was a smart performer in bumpers but makes his hurdling debut having not raced in almost two years. AHORSEWITHNONAME (NAP) was returning from an absence herself when chasing home Pink Sheets in a Listed hurdle here in November. She can only improve on that and her mare’s allowance can help her go one better in this. Pol Crocan was entered at Wincanton yesterday but Hoi Polloi looks a danger if jumping better than at Hereford while Good Ball overcame inexperience to win here in December, though Gowel Road wasn’t far behind and re-opposes on better terms despite having won since over track and trip.
