Verdict

Strong Pursuit was returning from a lengthy absence when third at Sandown last month but he’s not been easy to train and whether he’ll reproduce that effort on his second start back is up for debate. CLASSIC BEN has youth on his side and looked one to follow when just getting the better of Ami Desbois and landing a gamble at Sandown. He’s only gone up 4lb and should again beat Chic Name. Last year’s Scottish Grand National hero Joe Farrell will have needed his run here three weeks ago but is probably being aimed at Ayr again. Ziga Boy probably has a bit to prove now but Luckofthedraw should be capable of better along with Rock My Style.
