In depth

Verdict

Friend Or Foe made all at Taunton but raced keenly so there is no guarantee he’ll last home over a longer trip on this more galloping track. GROVEMAN (NAP), on the other hand, has been crying up for a step up in distance since coming from well off the pace to score at Catterick and Jedd O’Keeffe’s charge looks fairly treated on a mark of 120. Elysees is another who will relish this more searching test of stamina but The Knot Is Tied is becoming expensive to follow and had every chance last time at Sandown. Chaparral Prince looks nothing special but Legal History and Tazka may have each-way claims from near the foot of the handicap.
