Verdict

Coorg notched-up a hat-trick over longer trips at Chelmsford but that was over three years ago now. Rakematiz has been winning over 1m2f here and is 3lb higher than last month’s success but Music Major scored over course and distance recently though beat the re-opposing GENDARME by only a nose. The latter is slightly better off at the weights and having only his second start for new connections is fancied to reverse running. Sauchiehall Street and Sotomayor have been thereabouts of late but Harbour Quay’s improved recent form has come on the Fibresand at Southwell.
