In depth
Verdict
A tricky race to unravel but from a shortlist of Bronze Beau, Tres Coronas and SHARP ECLIPSE it is the last-named who is preferred. Kevin Ryan's youngster shaped with plenty of promise on his debut at Beverley where he was slowly into stride but got the hang of things late on. With that experience under his belt and this long straight track likely to play to his strengths, he looks worth chancing. Tres Coronas and A Touch Of Luck have both raced once and each has shown promise, with the debut of the former looking the better of the two performances. Bronze Beau has shown ability in two starts, although there didn¿t seem to be an awful lot of improvement from first to second outings, whilst Lady Navara and Fibs And Flannel look the pick of the newcomers. The vote however goes to Sharp Eclipse.
