Trautmann has won twice over track and trip and went close again over 2m here recently. Glan Y Gors finished runner-up last time having earlier finished behind Pammi here. The latter narrowly beat French Heroine on that occasion but both were well beaten when re-opposing back at the track subsequently. Champarisi’s earlier win came at Wolverhampton and ISLE OF AVALON was successful at the same venue on Boxing Day when handicapping for the first time. She has the most scope for improvement of these and Sir Mark Prescott’s filly can go in again.
