Verdict

All but two of the seven that run here has won over this trip in the past which should provide us with a competitive handicap to end proceedings and we side with DISPOL GRAND, who is in great heart and should be able to see of strong opposition from Noodles Blue Boy and Iachimo. The selection is in cracking form of late; he was a close runner-up at Musselburgh last time after winning at Ayr just 24 hours before. In this sort of form he should be able to take this handicap in his stride and continue to improve. Noodles Blue Boy was the ready winner of a 5f seller at Beverley two starts ago. He was third at the most recent attempt and looks a big threat when asked to challenge. He should continue to give good account and a runner-up spot looks likely. Iachimo put in an encouraging display last time when finishing third behind the selection. He still has a lot to prove here but looks capable of making the minors. Dispol Kylie and Rossett Rose will need to improve on their most recent efforts if they are to feature here but it is Dispol Ground who looks the likely winner of what should be a competitive finale.
