    Verdict

Lockstown was a fortunate winner over 2m4f here early last month when he came home alone and has since been well beaten at Kelso. Winning point-to-pointer Cloonawillin Lady has been operating over trips too short and this should be more to her liking though heavy ground would appear to be required. The Ferbane Man is the pick on his best form but he has proved better on good or faster ground in the past so BEAR DANCING, twice a winner between the flags, gets the vote for his in-form yard after a pleasing introduction to fences at Ayr last month.
