In depth

Verdict

Palazzo has recorded both wins so far on the Fibresand at Southwell including his latest start for which he’s been raised 5lb. Zeshov is preferred on last month’s course and distance success having been beaten over a longer trip subsequently but Ritchie Star disappointed here last time having placed at the track earlier. DRAGONS WILL RISE was having his first outing since November when beaten only a length over track and trip. Micky Hammond’s charge looks set to open his account on that evidence and is taken to confirm latest running with Gun Case.
