BLACKCURRENT hasn’t won since the start of the year but that success came over track and trip and recent placed efforts at Southwell suggest he’ll be winning again soon. Show Compassion won at Wolverhampton in July while Magic Gem has won twice over 7f on the Tapeta but debuts for a new yard.
