In depth

Verdict

Karminskey Park is only a tentative choice to land the finale, with Time To Remember and Stormville also in with chances. The latter in fact stayed on really well behind Parisian Playboy on his last visit here and may appreciate the drop back to six furlongs, so can make the frame at least. However, Karminskey Park, who was in good form earlier in the season, has put in one or two better efforts than his form figures suggest of late, and despite topweight, is taken to return to the winner's enclosure. Time To Remember hails from a shrewd yard and is another that may fare better over this shorter trip, having faded out of contention at Catterick last time. Friar Tuck is hard to catch on the right day and we return to Karminskey Park as the answer.
