        Verdict

        Mister Hardy is selected here ahead of Thunder Bay and Timewatch. Mister Hardy's Brocklesby win over course and distance marks him down as a key player today and he has to be afforded all due respect. Thunder Bay's Lingfield debut win brings him into the picture, while Timewatch certainly has enough in his pedigree to be given some thought. It would be difficult to build strong cases for the others based on what we so far know so, for the selection, once again we return to Mister Hardy.
