In depth

Verdict

Graystown rallied to beat Casual Cavalier a length-and-a-half at Ayr but is 3lb worse off so there may not be much between the pair today. Mumgos Debut hasn’t been disgraced since beating a subsequent winner here in January but that was over 2m, which is his trip. CHARLIE SNOW ANGEL is a bit of a character but generally runs his best races on this track and he was only beaten a nose at Kelso two weeks ago so gets a tentative vote. Rainy Day Dylan is starting to come down the weights but will probably need more leniency before getting his head in front.
