Verdict

Show Promise was second on Tapeta here last month but the form may not amount to much. Former pointer Rock On Rocco and Chepstow runner-up Ask Himself make more appeal while Elf De Re was an eye-catcher at Kelso when in need of the experience. MAROWN (NAP), who runs in the Trevor Hemmings colours, was an £80,000 purchase and has a nice pedigree for jumping. Hed is Nicky Richards’ only runner on the card and Brian Hughes rides so is expected to make a winning start.
