Verdict

Mark Walford sets a poser here by saddling both top weight Big Sound and VEROCE. The latter was quite impressive at Market Rasen last month and is given the chance to prove that an improved performance was no flash in the pan. Bennys Well continues his tumble down the weights and should be capable of winning off this sort of mark in the coming weeks but the handicapper may have thwarted for the time being and Notonebuttwo could hardly have found a worse race in which to get back on track at Sedgefield 13 days ago.
