Verdict
Virnon won this last year under a penalty and APPLAUS can follow suit. He found plenty when making all at Wetherby earlier this month, when Regent's Rock was a well-beaten fourth, and Joe Colliver's claim will be a plus again. There was some promise in Greenworldsolution's debut at Doncaster, though he did finish adrift of Very First Time who also had Desert Sensation behind. Red Indian is preferred to Mini Frank of the newcomers.
