    Verdict

This drop back down in trip may not inconvenience THE KALOOKI KID too much having returned a convincing winner at Musselburgh on his second start over hurdles. Paddy O‘mahler and Raffles Wonder were both well beaten over timber on their latest starts but several make their hurdling debuts. St John‘s Road ran well in a bumper at Hexham last month while Deep Strato returned a beaten favourite in a bumper at Sedgefield though is related to the useful hurdler Visionarian. Lemoine has placed in bumpers and returns from an absence.
