        Verdict

        Lord Transcend has created a most favourable impression in landing both starts to date and this progressive type is the TEAMtalk selection to maintain his unbeaten status. Howard Johnson's charge could scarcely have been more impressive when making a mockery of his lowly handicap mark by trouncing his rivals over this trip at Hexham earlier in the month. There should be plenty more to come from this highly regarded individual who can overcome a subsequent 16lb hike in the weights. Out of The Shadows and Pornic both come here in winning form but lack the scope of the selection while Dark Shadows returns from a lengthy absence so may need the outing.
