Invincible Ridge has been confined to the all-weather for some time and has performed with credit, though is looking a few pounds high. Grissom has won eight times though not since 2012 but not surprisingly he's dropped in the ratings and is by no means out of this. MAKIN THE RULES won at Catterick in July then finished last on his next two starts. He's joined David O'Meara and, in the hope that a change of scenery has done him good, he's handed the vote. The veteran Barney McGrew invariably needs his first run back while Kommander Kirkup hasn't been seen since finishing last at Haydock in September when well supported. Lucky Lodge is in such good form that he can't be ignored, though he's now been beaten twice off lower marks. Cosmic Chatter takes a drop in grade and could prove best of the remainder.
