        Verdict

        Kirtling ran well again here last time having won over track and trip before that. Another Lincolnday finished just ahead of Tectonic when runner-up here recently and is closely matched with Taopix on collateral form at the track. Insight improved for the step up to 1m4f at Chepstow but has not raced since May so BASSETT BLEU is preferred. The latter is a winner without a penalty having landed an apprentices’ race over course and distance.
