Verdict
THAT IS THE SPIRIT (NAP) found life tough in pattern company at Haydock recently but carried top weight to victory at Chelmsford in April and can make another bold bid. He’s also better off at the weights with Welliesinthewater for a defeat at the same track last month while Paul Hangan’s presence suggests Right Touch is preferred to stablemate Penwortham despite still looking in the handicapper's grip. Course specialist War Department has claims on his recent second at Ayr but Safe Voyage is upped in class off a higher mark having won at the latter track earlier in the month.
