In depth
Verdict
This is competitive and plenty can be given chances, with these including High Reach, Persario and Master Robbie, but we are going to side with Greenslades. The selection finished last season with a good run here over seven furlongs from a pound-lower mark than today. This is his best trip and, only lightly raced, he could go well. High Reach is weighted to get the better of Persario based on their recent Kempton runs and both should go well again. Marker has a little bit to find based on that form, as does Steel Blue, although he is not far off a winning mark and runs in a first-time visor today. Winning Venture also has something to find from that race and might be better at a longer trip, although he did shape nicely that day. Master Robbie is as tough as old boots and only two-pounds higher now than for his most-recent win. Tychy did well last year but has now risen in the ratings, while Zilch, who is in good heart, and Celtic Mill, who could blaze the trail, are among a number of others to cast your eye over. However, for us, it is Greenslades to land the spoils back at his favoured trip.
