Azrur's last victory was over the course and distance last summer and he's only 2lb higher. He's been racing in better company and has to be on the shortlist. Meet Me Halfway won a couple of minor races at Yarmouth and couldn't cope with a 9lb rise at Epsom while Secret Success has gained all four of his victories on Polytrack and has been placed just once in seven starts on Turf. Front Page News has run better than her finishing positions suggests in her last two starts and can get involved but the vote goes to ATHLETIC, who won a handicap over track and trip very easily before finding a mile just beyond him a week later.
