Verdict

Peace Dreamer easily won a Redcar maiden in June and is probably capable of further progress. But today’s much softer going is a complete unknown whereas BELLEVARDE has shown a liking for an easier surface. Richard Price’s filly is 0-12 but was only beaten a head in a better race last time at Newbury and a repeat of that effort here would probably suffice. Debonaire David looks an all-weather specialist but Norwegian Highness has only had one run this year and still has time on her side. She’s preferred to the ex-Irish Glenamoy Lad.
