Verdict
Permian won this last year en route to victory in the Dante and the top-class Hawkbill was successful in the previous year. Most of these have fancy entries and Old Persian is two from two here after winning a handicap off a mark of 94 last month. But William Buick prefers KEY VICTORY, who is bred for this sort of trip and overcame trouble in-running when easily landing a hot-looking maiden here in the autumn. Graffiti Master already has the form in the book and is much respected while Stephensons Rocket could be one to follow this year and has more scope than Petrus and Lynwood Gold, who represents last year’s winning stable.
