    Verdict

Big Bad Bob , Grand Passion and Andean are three against the field in this competitive conditions race and the narrow vote is given to Big Bad Bob. The selection has his optimum conditions and with a lack of [pace in the field he is taken to make every post a winning post in the hands of Johnny Murtagh. Grand Passion rates the main danger on his latest fourth behind Welcome Stranger, that form has since been franked and he will not be far away but he is becoming hard to win with and for that reason he is opposed. Andean is another worthy of respect on his best form of last season but he has a 450 day absence to overcome and he may just need the run so he is passed over on this occasion. Leporello may now show improved form that he is dropped in trip but he will need to improve on whet he has shown so far this season to trouble the principals and for the winner we return to Big Bad Bob.
