Verdict

A wide open handicap rounds off the card and many would have chances on their best form but the principals look to be Rezzago Mine Behind, and Romany Nights and the vote is given to Rezzago. The selection has shown improved form since being stepped up in trip and remains well weighted on turf compared to his all weather mark despite his penalty and under conditions that suit he is taken to win again. Mine Behind rates the main danger as he also won well last time out when beating Arctic Desert but that was on slightly softer ground and his penalty may find him out on this faster surface so he is passed over on this occasion. Romany Nights is another worthy of respect as he is another last time out winner but he has a penalty for that win win when beating Planet this looks tougher and he looks vulnerable off this mark in such a competitive affair. Stage Secret was second behind Kodiac last time and is another with place claims but he will do well to win under top weight. Treasure Cay is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he is another that looks weighted up to his best. This is very competitive and stakes should be kept to a minimum but for the winner we return to Rezzago.
