Verdict
GOOD KARMA found himself on the wrong side of the draw in the Britannia Stakes at Royal Ascot and James Ferguson’s gelding may be capable of bouncing back in this competitive looking finale. Darkness won’t be wanting for match fitness and his stable are gradually getting back amongst the winners. Glenfinnan makes a belated seasonal reappearance and the Yarmouth winner is tried in headgear for the first time. Bodorgan has obliged previously under Ryan Moore and it appears significant that the rider is back aboard today. Sirona and Greatgadian posted useful form as juveniles but things haven’t quite panned out for the pair this term.
