Verdict

The pair with experience have shown little and face several well-connected newcomers from major yards. Godolphin have won five of the last six with Charlie Appleby claiming the last two. He's represented by the 260,000gns yearling Grecian Light, whose dam has produced winning milers with her first two foals. VOICE OF TRUTH is another Godolphin entry and she's a half-sister to no less than eight winners including the very useful Rio De La Plata, so she just edges the vote. John Gosden is represented by the Medicean filly Blending, who is out of a 7f winner, while the Stoute camp run Midnight Vixen, who is by the first-season Australian Group 1 sprinter Foxwedge.
