        Verdict

        John Gosden won this twice with Caucus and went close to landing a hat-trick when FLYING OFFICER (NAP) finished runner-up in last year's renewal. The lightly-raced five-year-old looked as good as ever when making a winning return to action at Salisbury last month and has now won four of his seven starts. Frankie has abandoned Sagaro Stakes third Forever Now but the latter still has decent claims ahead of the penalised Eye of The Storm. Amanda Perrett's charge beat Angel Gabrial a head at Sandown in July with Havana Beat further behind while Groovejet finished ahead of Arabian Comet when fifth in the Park Hill at Doncaster a fortnight ago.
