Though a narrow defeat here last time came over 6f, VERREAUX EAGLE is probably best over this extra furlong and she wouldn’t be winning out of turn. Ed Dunlop also runs Nikki's Girl but she may be a few pounds too high at present. Makinitup was only beaten a neck at Haydock three weeks ago but she is definitely better with some give in the ground. Piastrella is a consistent type back over her winning trip so she can’t be ignored with Mumcat possibly best of the rest ahead of Astral Beau.
