In depth

Verdict

WILY FOX won a Lingfield maiden in February and has only found one too good in handicap company at Brighton in his last two starts. Getting 4lb, James Eustace's charge is preferred to penalised Newbury winner Strike Force who is better over shorter trips. Squad has been well beaten in his last two starts but wouldn't be far away if recapturing his best form and makes more appeal than the mare Bavarica, who looks to be on the downgrade.
