      Verdict

      Though ROACH POWER (NAP) made hard work of landing the odds at Ripon, that 5f looked much too short. With confidence restored, he is probably worth another try over this trip and Hollie Doyle is a positive booking. Wowzers was behind the Easterby runner at Leicester in June and is no better off at the weights but Spinaround looks a danger eased in grade and Space Tracker still has scope. Artaois didn’t show much at Chester following a gelding operation and Chola Empire might need this.
