Verdict

Tagula Night doesn't look impossibly treated off a 5lbs higher mark than when scoring at Sandown and his profile is one of steady progression this term, so Walter Swinburn's charge enters calculations along with Equuleus Pictor, a horse who hasn't really had his conditions this year and makes plenty of appeal off a generous rating of 77. The vote though goes to another who will relish conditions in CHEVETON. Richard Price's charge loves to get his toe in and is now 6lbs below his last winning mark, indeed he's won three times off marks higher than his current 85. He ran well considering conditions weren't really in his favour at York and can benefit for this drop in grade now the rain has arrived. Bougainvilia attracted plenty of support at Kempton and looked a shade unlucky but she's faced only very quick ground on the turf, Sir Geoffrey makes most appeal of Jeremy Glover's pair having romped home under similar conditions at Windsor and Angus Newz could also go well with plenty in her favour.
