AGROTERA was clearly below par when only fourth behind Unforgetable Filly at Haydock last month. She also finished behind Queen of Time that day but was back on-song at Longchamp earlier this month, when only caught in the final strides by Godolphin’s Poetic Charm, and looks the pick of the weights today. Laugh Aloud, who also runs in the Godolphin colours, looks the danger as she wasn’t suit by a drop to 7f at Doncaster. The five-year-old won in a higher grade at Epsom last year and can’t be ignored. Beshaayir has won twice this year but has been found wanting on both occasions she’s raced in this grade. Marilyn has had her limitations exposed since rattling up a hat-trick in the summer and Tajaanus has disappointed since her second in the Fred Darling in April.
