In depth

Verdict

A very competitive sprint with the weights headed by Eqtiraan, who reverts to handicap company after landing a Listed contest last time at Salisbury. Collateral form suggests he has plenty on his plate, however, and we have to give another chance to TOMMY TAYLOR, who was headed right on the line in a similar contest here earlier in the month when he finished ahead of Golden Apollo and Bacchus with Private Matter and Danielsflyer well beaten. The Feathered Nest may find a couple too good again and Hart Stopper steps up a couple of grades but Nobly Born, entitled to need his reappearance, and Hyperfocus are interesting runners.
