In depth

Verdict

Winning pointer West Lake isn’t getting any younger but the Plumpton third has been lightly raced under Rules. Richard Johnson prefers the returning Auld Sod to Et Apres Thou but his mount is 1-27 in career starts. KAPITALISTE needs to brush up his jumping but has been in decent form over hurdles since last over fences and these fences aren’t the most imposing. Kingsmill Gin hinted at ability over timber and could make a better chaser.
