      Verdict

      Abaya Du Mathan ran twice at Worcester last month and has slipped down the ratings a little. He appears to hold Minella Voucher on collateral form but it’s about time FLYING VERSE was getting his head back in front and he’ll appreciate a return to this longer trip. The latter finished almost five lengths ahead of On Time when runner-up at Stratford in July.
