Verdict
Garolsa, Maidstone Monument, and Early Edition are three against the field in this competitive handicap chase and the confident vote goes to Garolsa. The selection won well last time out when defeating Maybeseven and despite his penalty with conditions in his favour he will be hard to beat. Maidstone Monument rates the main danger he has won over course and distance before and is on a fair mark, and he ran as if returning to form when third behind Tambo last time out so he will not be far away. Early Edition is another that could go well but he is far from fluent at his obstacles and for that reason he is opposed. Of the remainder Bush Park has conditions to suit and could go well at a price but he ran as if in the handicappers grip when third behind Lord Strickland last time and for the winner we return to Garolsa.
