In depth

Verdict

French import MILLE NAUTIQUE made a spectacular return to chasing at Huntingdon and, even with a 7lb penalty, is still getting 9lb from the much more exposed Forever My Friend taking into account Tom Bellamy's claim. It's hard to envisage defeat for Alan King's five-year-old as Gambol has failed to complete in two of his three starts over fences and only beat one home in the other, though he still appeared to be going well last time at Market Rasen when coming to grief. One For The Boss has plenty to prove at present.
