In depth
Verdict
A large field goes to post for this maiden hurdle and the market may be the best guide as to what is expected. However we will take a chance on Diamondalternative who ran well after a long absence behind Howrwenow at Bangor. He is sure to have come on for that run and he will be hard to beat. The Masereti Kid rates the main danger on his bumper form but he was disappointing on his hurdling debut. How Great Thou Art was fourth behind Bigwig in a handicap last time out and he is another worthy of consideration. Of the remainder Martin Pipe has two runners in Lord Of The Track and Rosardi and they are both worth a cautionary look in the market.
