In depth

Verdict

Krackatara impressed when winning last time at Chepstow, landing quite a gamble in the process. He appears progressive and is our selection with Oscar Bay and Ambrossini the dangers. That Chepstow event which Krackatara was victorious in was a weak contest but there was alot to like about the manner in which he loomed up and stretched away and by Kayf Tara he will appreciate the conditions. Significantly though Joe Tizzard has opted to ride Oscar Bay but we will side with Krackatara. The last mentioned disappointed at Sandown but had impressed previously at Exeter beating Calgary Bay with the third Connak having since scored. Oscar Bay should be more at home in this small field and is a big danger with his preference to dominate likely to be satisfied. Ambrosini has more on his plate here as the contest in which he was last victorious does not appear as strong as those won by the selection or Oscar Bay. The remainder face a stiff task on what they have displayed to date and our selection is Krackatara.
