      Verdict

      Carpool just came up short in a Bangor maiden last month but is no great shakes. Though she receives 13lb from NORDICAN BLEUE, if Isabel Williams’ claim is included, Richard Newland’s filly should double her tally, though has been a short-priced beaten favourite in four of her five starts for the yard so is hardly reliable. Havacuppa and Numberonebeaubow are tackling hurdles for the first time after two runs in bumpers. Sarasota was an 11-race maiden on the Flat.
