In depth

Verdict

This is not nearly as competitive as the numbers would suggest. The four-year-old Kingston Mimosa left previous form behind when springing a 40/1 shock at Fontwell two weeks ago and has only been raised 5lb. Earls Fort started favourite at Southwell last month but that confidence proved misplaced as he was pulled up. Mexican Border could figure in the mood but Irish import JEWELLED PRINCE looks a better option as his first run for Warren Greatrex at Uttoxeter was simply too bad to be true.
