In depth

Verdict

None can be confidently discounted but FLYING Applause is awarded the vote in the hope that he can transfer his recently impressive sprinting form to this longer trip. He's more than capable over a mile, having landed a handicap here over that distance in the past. Especially effective at this venue, he can defy a 10lb rise for two recent convincing victories. Bentley has also found some form of late without getting his head in front and should contend once again, whilst You've Been Mowed continues to give of her best for the Price yard. She has it to do though off topweight. Checking out Joe Strummer in the market is essential as he is unexposed and now sports a first-time visor for the Bell yard.
