          Verdict

          A wide open contest here and many would have chances on their best form but the principals look to be Bells Beach, Rileys Dream and Beyond Calculation and the tentative vote goes to Bells Beach. The selection appears to go on any ground and a reproduction of her latest fifth behind Willhewiz would see her go close. Rileys Dream rates the main danger he won well in this grade when defeating Frenchmans Lodge a couple of runs ago before being outclassed in a better race last time. He is a danger to all now he is dropped back to his right grade. Beyond Calculation is another worthy of respect he has been running in better races of late and it is interesting to not connections have applied blinkers for his first attempt in this grade. Of the remainder Shady Deal has shown glimmers of ability and is another that could go well but in a race where stakes should be kept to a minimum for the winner we return to Bells Beach.
