Verdict

Captain Corcoran is only a pound out of the handicap and has placed the last twice. Yazaman is rarely beaten far in this grade but hasn’t won since his debut more than three years ago. Gustav Graves is back on a winning mark but also on a long losing run. AREILLE has yet to win for Jack Jones but has slipped 20lb down the ratings since arriving from Ireland in November last year and she’s been running well enough lately to have a chance in a race like this. Tilsworth Ony Ta and Ali Jewels were both winners last time but in extremely modest company.
