Verdict
Verbal Kint is an interesting newcomer here but we will side with the progressive Farefield Lodge, Castano could be the best of the others. The selection returned to the racecvourse with an excellent run at Pontefract. he was just headed in the last 100 yards and will strip much fitter this afternoon. Castano has an official rating of 75 following some solid efforts in maiden company. They continue up the same path rather than going for a handicap which suggests that mark may be a little too high at present but he should still be involved in the finish here. Verbal Kint is from a shrewd yard and any money for this son of Lake Coniston would be of interest. Stravinsky's Art has shown little as yet but has a nice pedigree and it would be no surprise if this one went close, however Farefield Lodge does look the pick on known form and he gets the verdict.
