      Verdict

      POCKET DYNAMO, a winner at Chelmsford and Longchamp, ended the campaign in the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf Sprint and earned a final rating of 106, 11lb in front of Garrus. The latter, who scored at Newmarket and Newcastle, is receiving 6lb here so has a bit to find on official figures. Broken Spear scored at Thirsk in August and made all for an impressive victory at York in October and isn't out of this while Shining Armor won four races at the backend of last year before having a couple of runs over 7f at Meydan. He hasn't returned in the best of form and Mawde, a winner at Bath in June, was soon beaten after attempting to make all in a better race at Windsor.
